Shane Hodge

 

My name is Shane Hodge and I set up SBH Fitness a new Hamilton personal training service in November 2012 after qualifying as  a Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor. I am registered on the Register of Exercise Professionals at level 3 and I'm currently studying to also become a qualified nutritionist. I am very passionate about Health & Fitness and achieving goals and love having the chance to change people's lives for the better.

 

All my methods have been tried and tested out by myself and I will never ask anyone to do something I can't do or haven't done myself.

I do enjoy having fun when training however my workouts are always challenging and you can guarantee to always feel as if you have worked hard. 

 

SBH Fitness is the new name in Hamilton Personal Training.

SBH Fitness started as an idea of my own but has been built with the support of friends and family to ensure that all services offered are motivational and challenging.

I funded my course with the Training Room Glasgow to become a level 3 Personal Trainer, and left with recommendations from my tutors. I was put forward as a potential employee to the David Lloyd Gym in Renfrew however decided to use my training to make a name for myself and provide an affordable Hamilton personal training service.

I am qualified in Gym Instruction level 2, level 3 in Personal Training, Spin, Gym Based Boxing, Circuits and Sports Nutrition and am registered with REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals).

 

I have had great results with all the clients I have under my wing, they are all heading towards their ideal goals in fact a lot of them have achieved them already and are heading for additional goals.

I cater for all levels of experience whether you are new to exercise or an experienced gym goer, and my aim is to make the experience enjoyable and motivational and put some freshness back into your workout.

No matter what your goal, I will create a program for you. If training alone is something that worries you, then you'll be glad to know you can also train with a friend/partner, my packages will suit everyone and can be tailored to your individual requirements.
