When I went to meet Shane for my FREE consultation, he took my measurements, gave me a diet diary,
asked me my goals and how many days a week I wanted to train. He explained what types SBH Fitness sessions were available and gave me an overview of the service.
Everytime I trained it was different which helped keep my motivation high, and everything I did was explained as to the reason why it was being done. Intensity changed as I got fitter and nutrition was also discussed with me.
Within 5 months I have easily achieved my goal, taken inches off my waist as well as increase my level of

I booked myself in for a free consultation with Shane and for the past 4 months I've been gym crazy! I've really enjoyed all the different sessions from boxing, legs and arm workouts to even the strange cardio workouts he comes up with!
I've dropped over 10 inches off my waist which I couldn't be more happier about..... I love the new me and that's down to my hard work and trainer Shane....
